UPSTATE KENYA AUCTIONEERS was registered on 31st December 2004 under the registration of Business Act Cap 499 of the Laws of Kenya under certificate Number 407248. We commenced auctioneering business in January 2009 after being licensed by the Auctioneers Licensing Board.
- Upstate Kenya Auctioneers currently operates three branches offices; Ruiru which doubles as our Headquarters, Sagana and Meru branches which serves the Mount Kenya region and Upper eastern region. Our Sagana and Meru branches are locationed at our storage yards.
- UPSTATE KENYA AUCTIONEEERS is fully licensed auctioneering holding a class “B” Auctioneers Licenses authorizing us to provide core auctioneering duties as provided in the Auctioneers Act No. 5 of 1996.
- Our auctioneer’s licenses empower us to carry on the business of auctioneering under the following jurisdictions based on both the scope of service and geographical area;
- Repossession, realization of securities, sale of moveable and immoveable property by auction or any other mode of sale by competition throughout the Republic Of Kenya. .
- Execution of court orders and distress for rent in the Counties of Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, Meru, Nakuru. Nyeri, Muranga and Kirinyaga.
